How do I book a package?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to start the reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram and bank transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
With 30+ days notice, 50% of the deposit is refunded. With 29 days or less, there is no refund. Flights, train tickets and limited-capacity entries are non-refundable.
Do I need travel insurance?
It is mandatory for adventure activities and recommended for cultural activities.
